Yeah, he was the worst - an incredible and admirable achievement when you consider some of the competition - Harding, Buchanan and Nixon - but W nailed it! He is the President who will undoubtedly look worse and worse the more time passes - although pretty much anyone paying attention has already made that judgement as a result of the mess he left upon leaving office.
